Leticia Haynes, Vice President for Institutional Diversity and Equity delivered the keynote address at the Women of Color Giving Circle’s annual graduates celebration. Each year, the celebration honors high school graduates of color in Berkshire County. Dennis Powell, President of the Berkshire County chapter of the NAACP, Linda Tyer, Mayor of Pittsfield, and Jake McCandless, Superintendent of Pittsfield Public Schools also offered congratulatory remarks.. The celebration took place on May 6 at Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield, MA.
