Williams Participates in the Institute on Teaching & Mentoring

Williams, in partnership with the Liberal Arts Diversity Officers consortium (LADO) attended the Institute on Teaching and Mentoring hosted by the Compact for Faculty Diversity. The Institute on Teaching and Mentoring is the largest gathering of minority Ph.D. scholars in the country. For 20 years, the Institute has provided workshops, recruitment and networking opportunities to give Ph.D. scholars the tools to enter higher education. The goal is to promote the continued importance of faculty diversity in the nation’s universities. Christopher Goh, Associate Professor of Chemistry, represented the college at the convening.
