Molly Magavern and Neil Roberts participate in Mellon Mays Conference

Molly Magavern, Director of Special Academic Programs and Neil Roberts, Associate Professor of Africana Studies and Faculty Affiliate in Political Science attended the Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship Program Conference in New York March 29-31, 2017.  At the conference, titled, Diversifying the Faculty, Magavern facilitated a Coordinators’ Targeted Conversation and Roberts was a panelist for MMUF Fellows’ Perspectives on Faculty Diversification.  Mérida Rúa, Professor of Latina/o and American Studies, Chair of the Latina/o Studies Program, and Faculty Liaison for Mellon Mays Undergraduate and Allison Davis Research Fellows, and Leticia S. E. Haynes, Vice President for Institutional Diversity and Equity, were also in attendance.
