Join The Davis Center as we kick off the 2023-2024 Social Change Film Series! Hailing Cesar follows Eduardo Chavez’s journey to understand the legacy and struggle of his grandfather, Cesar Chavez. With Dolores Huerta, Cesar Chavez co-founded the National Farm Workers Association (NFWA), which later merged with the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee to become the United Farm Workers of America (UFW). 

We will be joined on campus by filmmaker Eduardo Chavez for the screening and a Q+A session to follow the film. Free and open to the Williams College community!
