Join CEFs Jahnavi, Tina, and Davika for an opportunity to de-stress, create and recreate in the Jenness House! With a mindset on mindfulness, each CEF has devised a different program to develop this important life skill.

  • Join CEF Jahnavi on Wednesdays for Mindfulness Coloring from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. A variety of coloring prompts from simple to complex, maps and more!

  • Join CEF Tina on Saturdays from 3:00pm-5:00pm to not only learn about great watercolor techniques, but on how watercolors can lead to mindfulness and relaxation!

  • Join CEF Devika on Monday evenings from 8pm-9pm or Thursdays from 5pm-6pm.

This opportunity is open to any current students, staff, or faculty members!

All happen in the Jenness House! Further, come late, leave early–say nothing to the CEFs if you need–this is a space whose sole purpose is to give YOU relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation.
