22-23 HOW TO: get DC/MINCO pcard

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

ONLY OFFICIAL MINCO GROUP CHAIRS OR TREASURERS

CAN REQUEST A PCARD FOR MINCO RELATED EVENTS


 

  1. Meet with group board and members to agree to event details, budget, venue etc.

  2. Touch base with your group’s advisor to make sure there’s not other sources of funding or other resources to support the event

  3. The treasurer or a chair must fill out the pcard request form at least three business days before the event.

    1. The more notice the better

    2. do not ‘plan on doing this last minute’

  4. The chair/treasurer that fills out the form will await an approval email from a DC team member within two business days of the request.

  5. The chair/treasurer, person picking up the card, and DCPC NatMB will arrange a pick up time using Nat’s appointment calendar.

  6. Save ALL receipts.  ALL of them.

  7. WRITE GROUP’S NAME ON TOP OF ALL RECEIPTS

  8. Return within three days unless prior arrangements made with DC team

 


Not getting a card as part of a MINCO group?

DCPC NatMB and the DC leadership team will arrange cards on case-by-case basis.  Write to NRM4, DCW2 and/or BA3 for more details.
